Phison, Silicon Motion land SSD controller orders from Toshiba, Lite-On

NAND flash controller IC vendors Phison Electronics and Silicon Motion Technology have reportedly landed SSD controller chip orders from Toshiba and Lite-On Technology, respectively, according to industry sources.
