Inotera to ship 50% of DRAM to Micron

Inotera Memories has said it will start supplying half of the DRAM output from its 12-inch fabs, formerly reserved for Qimonda, to Micron Technology in the third quarter of 2009, with the other half going to Nanya Technology.
