GaAs foundry AWSC sees revenues jump 150% on year in March

Taiwan-based GaAs foundry Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company (AWSC) has reported revenues of NT$140 million (US$4.4 million) for March 2010, up 15.7% sequentially and 150% on year.
