LCD driver IC maker Himax plans TDR issue

Nasdaq-listed LCD driver IC maker Himax Technologies has decided to list on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) in the form of Taiwan depositary receipts (TDRs), instead of direct listing as it originally planned.
