Taiwan NCC decides to shift pricing for fixed-line to mobile calls to fixed-line operators

Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) on July 28 passed a regulatory amendment to shift the pricing rights for voice calls from fixed-line telephones to mobile phones to fixed-line telecom carries beginning 2011, according to NCC.
