Taiwan market: Chunghwa Telecom procures thin-client IP STBs for MOD

Taiwan-based carrier Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) will procure 19,000 thin-client IP set-top boxes (STBs) from open-bid winner HwaCom Systems in combination with Pegatron Technology for its MOD (multimedia on demand) platform, according to CHT.
