ILI Technology, Sitronix ramping up shipments of touch-controller ICs

Taiwan-based TFT-LCD driver IC design houses ILI Technology (Ilitek) and Sitronix Technology are expected to see increasing shipments of touch-controller ICs in the third quarter of 2011, according to industry sources.
