Globalfoundries reportedly shifting interest to ProMOS fab

Speculation has circulated in the DRAM industry recently that Globalfoundries may be now more instereted in acquiring ProMOS Technologies' 12-inch wafer fab than taking over equipment from Powerchip Technology.
