Chunghwa Telecom lowers 2014 capex budget by 5-10%

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) has decided to reduce its 2014 capital expenditure budget by 5-10% from NT$40.1 billion (US$1.34 billion) to NT$36.09-38.095 billion.
