Sony on August 22 unveiled its VAIO LS1 TV/PC Combo.
Featuring a framed display with a transparent border, the LS1 model packs the computing unit into a slim chassis hidden behind the back of a flat panel 19-inch (1,680x1,050) LCD display. The new VAIO LS1 TV/PC model uses an Intel Core Duo processor, 2GB of RAM and a 250 GB hard drive.
The LS1 ships with Microsoft Windows XP MCE 2005 and a built-in NTSC TV tuner providing DVR-like recording capabilities. The product will be availabl in mid-September at around US$2,10
