Sharp Japan expects to launch two 32-inch LCD TV models that supports full HD (high-definition) resolution in Japan on December 22, according to a Japanese press release from Sharp.
The models use panels from Sharp's eighth-generation (8G) plant in Kameyama (Mie Prefecture, Japan). The 32-inch TVs (LC-32GS10/LC-32GS20) have a contrast ratio of 2,000:1, viewing angle of 176/176 degrees, response time of 6ms and brightness of 450 cd/m2, the press release said.
