Anadigics, a supplier of wireless and broadband solutions, has announced at the 3GSM Congress 2007 in Barcelona Spain that it has expanded its line of HELP3 WCDMA power amplifiers (PAs) with a new dual-band design, the AWT6221.
The AWT6221 combines North American cellular and PCS bands in a single 3x5mm package incorporating field-proven efficiency advantages of Anadigics HELP3 technology, says the company. The AWT6221 is designed for both US 3G handsets and world-phones.
