Panasonic, the brand for Matsushita Electric Industrial, recently introduced two 42-inch and two 50-inch PZ700 series 1080p Viera-brand PDP (plasma display panel) TVs. The 42-inch models will be the smallest screen size available in the full PDP TVs for the existing lineups and the four models will be available in Japan on April 27.
The 42-inch TH-42PZ700SK/TH-42PZ700 and the 50-inch TH-50PZ700SK/TH-50PZ700 come with an SDHC (SD high capacity) memory card slot that lets users view photos or AVCHD standard videos shots on a large-size TV.
