AU Optronics (AUO) will showcase a full-range of LTPS notebook panels at Touch Taiwan 2017 September 20 to 22. The panels include a 13.3-inch UHD LTPS oTP (on-cell touch panel), which integrates on-cell touch function with UHD LTPS manufacturing process. The company claims it is the world's first to announce such a panel.
Other notebook panels to be displayed at the show include a 13-inch UHD LTPS notebook panel that has 332 PPI, and a 1.5mm ultra-slim border. There will be a 15.6-inch UHD notebook panel that possesses high contrast, 100% Adobe RGB color saturation and an ultra slim border of merely 2mm, which the company claims is currently the industry's largest UHD LTPS panel, meeting demand for both optimal image quality and highly efficient mobile user experience.
AUO will showcase its latest product lineup at Touch Taiwan 2017 in Taipei September 20-22.
