Taiwan market: Samsung, LG handset shares hit record in October

In Taiwan's handset market, Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics occupied 20.3% and 7.6% respectively of the total shipment volume in October 2008, the highest ever monthly figures for the companies, according to market sources.
