Taiwan government rejects venture capital firm application to acquire Yageo

Taiwan's Investment Commission under the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has turned down the application filed by venture capital firm Orion Taiwan to acquire passive component maker Yageo through a public tender offer.
