TCL Communication expected to ship 35-40 million smartphones, tablets in 2014, say Taiwan makers

China-based vendor TCL Communication Technology Holdings is expected to ship 35-40 million smartphones and tablets as well as 25 million feature phones in 2014, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
