ChipMOS Bermuda, ChipMOS Taiwan to merge

ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) has announced plans to merge with its 58.3%-owned subsidiary ChipMOS Technologies (ChipMOS Taiwan), with ChipMOS Taiwan to be the surviving company.
