IC testing company KYEC purchases NT$600 million of equipment

IC testing company King Yuan Electronics (KYEC) has acquired a total of 17 sets of equipment for NT$593.59 million (US$18.47 million) from Verigy, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
