Phison revenues up in January, Transcend down

Phison Electronics, which supplies memory controller ICs as well as NAND flash-based products, saw revenues climb 10.5% on month to NT$2.52 billion (US$87 million) in January 2011, driven by steadily-growing NAND flash chip prices.
