ASE 2Q12 shipments likely to grow 15%

IC packager Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) is expected to post shipment growth of 15% sequentially in the second quarter of 2012 as clients step up their pace of orders for the upcoming peak season, according to market sources.
