Taiwan large-size Ultra HD TV panels expected to appear in TV sets in 2Q13

TV sets that use 50-, 55- and 65-inch Ultra HD (3840 by 2160) panels made by Taiwan-based panel makers are expected to hit markets starting April 2013, according to industry sources.
