Taiwan makers take early lead in Ultra HD TV panel market, says IHS

Taiwan panel suppliers Innolux and AU Optronics (AUO) have taken a commanding lead in the nascent market for next-generation Ultra HD TV panels, with a combined 78% share of shipments in the first half of the year, according to IHS.
