Taiwan makes plan for TD-LTE, FDD LTE, says NCC

Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) has made a draft plan to release frequency band units for TD-LTE and FDD LTE mobile communication operation, according to NCC chairman Howard Shyr.
