Taiwan market: Asia Pacific Telecom aims at 1.4 million 4G users by end of 2016

4G operator Asia Pacific Telecom has 700,000 subscribers currently and has set a goal of reaching 1.4 million by the end of 2016, according to company chairman Lu Fang-ming.
