TIPC, local government to co-develop maintaining harbor for Taiwan offshore wind farms

Government-run Taiwan International Ports Corp (TIPC) has disclosed it has signed a deal with Changhua County in central Taiwan to co-develop a maintaining harbor in a coastal area for developing offshore wind farms.
