Taiwan MOSFET chipmakers to hike prices by 10-15% in 1Q21

Taiwan-based MOSFET chips suppliers are poised to raise their quotes by 10-15% in first-quarter 2021 at the latest to reflect tight supply and increased manufacturing costs, according to industry sources.
