High-end testing demand picking up for AI and HPC chips

IC backend houses such as Chunghwa Precision Test Tech (CHPT) and Sigurd Microelectronics have seen customers stepping up their pace of orders for high-end testing used mostly for AI and HPC chips, according to industry sources.
