Apple sells its products, because they are a company that has no problems to go a "future-way". Flash is crap. Flash destroys performance. And I am a programmer for 21 yeas now, trust me.
HTML5 will replace Flash and IS SUPPORTED BY APPLE.

They will not get killed for that. But they received money for the leak and I hope they will go to jail for this. If someone would steal your property you would do the same. Problem is, that they will get rewarded by the chinese for this.

What did Jobs have to do with this? Foxconn has an agreement with their customers not to reveal details about unannounced products. This is known as an NDA: Non Disclosure Agreement.

Apple has nothing to do with this.

China's the one who decided they were executing so many prisoners that they needed a mobile execution chamber, which exists in the back of a modified panel truck that they drive from prison to prison. They execute a LOT of prisoners. Even more than Texas.

The rules definitely seem to be different in China, which has created a lot of fear in many technology companies about trusting Chinese companies with their intellectual property. It's good to see some charges laid. It will help China in the long run.

Wow. Two comments so far and they are both racist rubbish. If the employees were going to be given an award, then they would not have been charged. And if they execute people for such trivial offenses, then why does China have any prisons at all?

Hard to say what will happen to these employees. Knowing China, they'll either get an award (China routinely rewards those involved in "corporate espionage" against foreign companies) or they'll be executed.

I hope Dictator Jobs and Apple are happy they have just signed these 3 peoples death warrants. Why anybody buys all the crap jobs and apple pumps out is beyond me.

We can only hope Dictator Jobs will die soon and things will change.
