Taiwan IPI decline decelerates in February, manufacturing down 28%

Taiwan's industrial production index (IPI) posted an annual decrease of 27.14% in February 2009, with the manufacturing sector decreasing 27.65%, according to Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
