LCD panel capacity expansion from Korea may cause oversupply in 2Q

Taiwan LCD panel makers are worried that oversupply may hit the market again in the second quarter because of increasing capacity at Korean competitors Samsung Electronics and LG Display (LGD, according to market sources.
