China market: K-Touch rolling out low-priced quad-code smartphone

China-based smartphone vendor K-Touch has rolled out a quad-core smartphone, the Hornet II, priced at CNY1,999 (US$314) compared to CNY2,999 of a comparable model, the MX4, launched by fellow vendor Meizu in June.
